(1) All attendees (except for graduate students) must be EDSIG or EDSIG/AITP members.

(2) One of the goals of ISECON/CONISAR is that each accepted work will be presented by a uniquely registered participant. If a conference parrticipant is presenting more than one paper at the conference, each paper must have a uniquely registered participant or an additional fee of $100 will be assessed to help defray the additional costs of conference facilities and publication. This fee does not apply if the author has one paper (sole or joint author) in ISECON and one paper in CONISAR. Nor does it apply to any panel, workshop or abstract presentations.
